What if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your products. All you need to do if contact us at email@example.com provide the necessary details, once items are received we will process your refund less the shipping costs. Aesthetic Life is not responsible for return shipping costs or lost items, so we do recommend using a tracking number when sending items.
What if I have a reaction?
In the event you do have a reaction to our products. We advise that you stop usage immediately, rinse product off with cold water. If symptoms don't subside within 24hrs seek medical advice. Given we do use active ingredients in our products to maintain results, some adverse affects on the skin can be some redness and tingling these are normal reactions which normally subside in a couple of hours. If it has not subsided within 24hrs discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Can sensitive skins use Aesthetic Skin products?
Yes, most sensitive skins can use products unless advised otherwise. We advise you read the information provided carefully before making a purchase, if you have any known allergies please read the ingredients carefully before purchasing.

We also recommend doing a patch test 48 hours prior to using your products to ensure it is right for you.
Do Aesthetic Skin products help with pigmentation?

Such as our Pure Cleanse using lactic acid to help brighten and exfoliate dirt and pollutants from the surface of the skin to allow your other skin products to work more efficiently.
It is also important to ensure you keep your skin well hydrated to keep your skin nourished and healthy, as well as using an SPF daily to protect against the sun and prevent further damage.
