Orders are usually dispatched within 24hr (excluding weekends) from time of purchase. If order is placed before 12pm it will be dispatched the same day.
We use standard flat rate shipping. orders usually take 3-5 business days but during these times it is expected to see some delay's due to courier and postal service. All orders have tracking information which will be sent to you once your order has been fulfilled at the warehouse.
A flat rate charge of $8.95 shipping is applied to your cart during the checkout process for all orders within Australia. We aim to address and dispatch orders within 24hrs, typically orders are shipped same day via our automated system. Once order has been sent you will be notified via email with tracking details placed through AusPost.
We use DHL express for all international orders to the U.S.A. a flat rate of $25 will be applied to your cart during checkout process. We aim to address and dispatch orders within 3 working days, typically orders are shipped same day via our automated system. Once order has been sent you will be notified via email with tracking details placed through DHL.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. Once dispatched and tracking details provided, Aesthetic Life accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent.
Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide us with a business or residential address.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Customers must return their items for exchange at their own expense.
Aesthetic Life want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on www.aestheticlife.com.au, you are entitled to an exchange or a credit note within 21 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
Proof of purchase at www.aestheticlife.com.au must be provided
All tags must be in tact and attached, and in original packaging
Garment must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed
Email us and we'll arrange for your exchange.
Please be careful when trying on items and avoid getting makeup, tan and other marks on the product. If items clearly do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned back to the customer.
Aesthetic Life items go under thorough inspection before being sent out, but if for some reason is deemed faulty we can arrange a full refund once we have received the item/s back in the above condition. Refunds can take up to 7 days once item has passed inspection, we will keep you informed once we have completed inspection of garments.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in
